Right of Withdrawal
1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit the withdrawal form available at Withdrawal Request Page or send a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract to contact@enduorin.com.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your withdrawal request before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
The refund will be made within 10 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods or you provide proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction.
For Klarna orders, refunds will be processed through Klarna in accordance with their payment terms.
In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
3. Return of Goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
4. Return Shipping Costs
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
5. Diminished Value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
6. Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery.

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 60-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase.
